Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 8, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 12, FIRST ADDITION TO NEW MARYMONT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH WEST 15 FEET OF THE WEST 30 FEET OF BRANDON AVENUE (FORMERLY PLATTED WILSON AVENUE) AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF MARYMONT SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, VACATED BY ORDINANCE 1859 AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4795, PAGES 912 AND 913, OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS WHICH LIES EAST OF AND ADJACENT TO LOT 12 OF THE NEW MARYMONT SUBDIVISION 1ST ADDITION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 4, OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS.
and commonly known as: 1893 GILBERT STREET, CLEARWATER, FL 33765; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 26, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
