Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 08-010822-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and MARC GOODMAN, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 607, SAILMASTER BUILDING, CLEARWATER POINT NO. 8, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN, UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CLEARWATER POINT NO. 8, A CONDOMINUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5261 PAGE 572 THROUGH 644, INCLUSIVE, AND REFORMED PLAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6898 PAGES 1 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, AN AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINUIM PLAT BOOK 54 PAGES 91 THROUGH 98, INCLUSIVE, AND REFORMED PLAT AND CONDOMINUIM PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 24 THROUGH 31, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
