Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 5717 15th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33707, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on AUGUST 26, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M., on the prescribed date.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
