NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-007091 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as successor trustee to Bank of America, N. A. as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank N. A., as Trustee for Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and Kathryn K. Harris, Tenant #1 n/k/a Korry Harris, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 85, 86, 87, 88, AND THE SOUTH 7 FEET OF LOT 89, THUMA PLAN OF LOTS, 1ST ADDITION TO ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
