NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2013 entered in Case No. 12-009795-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BONAVENTURE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JESSICA RAE SHEDDEN and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 23, 2013 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the
following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel Unit No. 102, Building B, Bonaventure Condominium 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 86, page(s) 52 to 56 incl, and subsequent amendments thereto, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6050, page 854, and subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit. Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
