NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009756 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Maria Lookretis; Unknown Spouse of Maria Lookretis, if any; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 30, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, Countryside Tract 60, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 80, Page(s) 78, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
