NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-01681 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein ROSE ACCEPTANCE, INC. is the Plaintiff and , THEODORE W PLANDOWSKI; and SANDRA PLANDOWSKI; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA PLANDOWSKI are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 1, WASHINGTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
