NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-017410-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-15 is the Plaintiff and GREGORY D. FAGIOLI; VIRGINIA L. HYLAND; WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JESSE COMBS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ALEXANDRIA BOUDREAU are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/09/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
