NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-003019-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Manuel Cabrera, Blue Marlin Adventures, LLC, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association FKA Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Unknown Tenant (s) NKA Catherine Dechant, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT21, BLOCK I, EAST PASADENA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLATBOOK 6, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
