NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-012467, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and ERIC RYAN ANTHONY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC RYAN ANTHONY, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, SUNSET GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
