NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order On Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 12-011418-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 22nd day of August, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, OF THE HAMLETS OF FOREST LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, AT PAGE 80-83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
