Jobin are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

BOOK 3406, PAGE(S) 698 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3476, PAGE(S) 696, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL OF WHICH COMPROSES THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND SUBJECT TO THE REGULATIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND USE PERTAINING THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID INSTRUMENT.
