NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-007122 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities Trust 2005-3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-3, Plaintiff and Jeanne Lorevil, as Trustee under The Lorevil Land Trust Agreement #35, dated October 11th, 2005 and Eddy Desgraves and Marie C. Desgraves, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, CARY SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
