NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-013209 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for IXIS Real Estate Capital Trust 2006-HE1, Plaintiff and Kieran T. O'Brien are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10 AND THE EASTERLY 2.5 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK B, UNIT C OF SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
