NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-004002 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-10, Plaintiff and Todd Hassie are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

II, PHASE I, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM NO II, PHASE I, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5177, PAGE.60; AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5179, PAGE 1612; O.R. BOOK 5, PAGE 570; O.R. BOOK 5521, PAGE 1220; O.R. BOOK 5904, 898; O.R. BOOK 5937, PAGE 436; O.R. BOOK 6133, PAGE 1458; O.R. BOOK 6203, PAGE 296; O.R. BOOK 7432, PAGE 607; O.R. BOOK 7532, PAGE 1994; O.R. BOOK 7650, PAGE 802, AND ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 16 THROUGH 21, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
