NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-009663 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMC Specialty Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and Debra Altman are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 36, LESS THE SOUTH 10 FEET, IN BLOCK 23, AS PER TAX ROLL, OF AVON DALE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT 12, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
