YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, 333 ISLAND WAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 206, Building 2, 333 ISLAND WAY, A CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 45, Pages 72 and 73, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5096, Page 960 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto. has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before September 3, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
