Final Judgment was awarded on March 27, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11-009005-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR-BY-MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, CHAUNCY C. RANSOM; JULIAN E. RANSOM; PARADISE ISLAND CO-OP, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on August 22, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH A 1992 JACOBSEN MOBILE HOME HAVING VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS CH13341A & CH13341B, AND TITLE NUMBERS 63221560 & 63221561.
