NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST, GOLDIE ANDRAKTOS, DECEASED; WILLIAM P. ANDRAKTOS A/K/A WILLIAM ANDRAKTOS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GOLDIE ANDRAKTOS, DECEASED; CHRIS ANDRAKTOS A/K/A CHRISTOS ANDRAKTOS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GOLDIE ANDRAKTOS, DECEASED; MICHAEL J. ANDRAKTOS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GOLDIE ANDRAKTOS, DECEASED; KATHRYN A. UNIT 106, WILLOW LAKE, BUILDING NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL RIGHTS OF INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE AMENDED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 5467 PAGE 356 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FORMERLY KNOWN AS UNIT NO. 106, DESIDERATA I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENTS ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF DESIDERATA I, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4344, PAGE 913, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 25 AND 26 OF SAID RECORDS, AND AMENDED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4759, PAGES 1470 THROUGH 1542, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 76 THROUGH 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
