LOT 176, CEDAR BEND AT MEADOW WOODS, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, AT PAGES 150-152, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2053 CEDAR GARDEN DRIVE, ORLANDO, FL 32824; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 20, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
