NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-039621 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, 2006-BNC2 is the Plaintiff and OSCAR MANCERA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB; WHISPERING WINDS, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of August, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, OF WHISPERING WINDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, AT PAGE 63 THROUGH 66, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
