NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2013-Ca-001286-O, of the County Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Vista Cay at Harbor Square Master Community Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Jon J. Benz and Tricia L. McLagan are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 27, 2013, in an online sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 10709, Phase 9, VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and all it attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 8613, Page 1168, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 8620, Page 3104, as amended by Second Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 8669, Page 1526, as amended by Fifth Amendment to Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 8710, Page 2513, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
