NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-022552-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Hatem Akil A/K/A Hatin Akil; Beth Akil; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc; National City Bank; Eastwood Community Association, Inc., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 24th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, RIVIERA POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 61 AND 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
