Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-006993-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and Gary Wohlgemuth, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
