NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007246-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and CARLOS V. HERRERA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit Number 3290-14, of Wimbledon Park No. 1, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3118, Page 1714 and all schedules and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
