RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-023734 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS , INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC5, is Plaintiff, and CLIFFORD G. STEWART A/K/A CLIFFORD STEWART, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 130, TWIN LAKES MANOR 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 105 AND 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
