NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004752-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JANET LOPEZ; ACORN VILLAGE MANAGEMENT, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 26th day of August, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B, BUILDING 3, ACORN VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3657, PAGES 13-55 AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3678, PAGES 292-297, AND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3771, PAGES 1563-1568 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE APPURTENANCES AND COMMON ELEMENTS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
