NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 26, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005596-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Carmen Hemraj; The Unknown Spouse of Carmen Hemraj; Icilda Elliston; The Unknown Spouse of Icilda Elliston; the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession ; Visconti Master Association, Inc.; Visconti East Condominium Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.orange.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 am on the 29th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1835, BUILDING 18, OF VISCONTI EAST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8055, PAGE, 4054, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. AND TOGETHER WITH ANY NON EXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS FOR VISCONTI RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8066, PAGE 4223, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
