Final Judgment was awarded on July 22, 2013 in Civil Case No. 48-2009-CA-013776-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA countrywide home loans servicing lp is the Plaintiff, and, AHMED E. ELBATRAWY; STAR TOWER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AHMED E. ELBATRAWY A/K/A DAYLA ELBATRAWY; JOHN DOE N/K/A CHRISTOPHER REED; JANE DOE N/K/A YVONNE REED; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 2 day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
unit no. 810, of star tower condominium, a condominium according to the declaration condominium thereof, recorded in official records book 9454, page 3593, of the public records of orange county, florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
