NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 23, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011231-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc is the Plaintiff and Donna M Pernici; Stephen Pernici; Metrowest Master Association, Inc.; Promenade Condominium Association, Inc.; The Promenade Property Owner's Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 24th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 601w, of promenade, phase 2, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 7978 Page 4520 and as amended by first amendment to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 8363 page 1986 of the public records of orange county, florida, together with any amendments thereof.
