NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13893CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KATHY L CARPER, CITIBANK, N.A., JUDSON W CARPER and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Commence at the NE corner of SW 1/4 of said Section 25; thence run West along the half section line a distance of 445.5 feet to the point of beginning; continue thence West 214.5 feet; thence S 00 deg 56' 40” W a distance of 380.26 feet; thence N 79 deg 19' 55” E, a distance of 206.20 feet; thence N 00 deg 56' 40” E a distance of 345.00 feet to the point of beginning. All lying and being in Section 25, Township 40 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida.
