NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 1, 2013 , and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-003171, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2 is Plaintiff and ANTHONY MONDELLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY MONDELLO; DAVID LEVEY A/K/A W. DAVID LEVEY A/K/A WARREN D. LEVEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID LEVEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PUNTA GORDA ISLES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 33, BLOCK 33, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 60A AND 60B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
