Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated July 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-004030 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for ABFC 2006-HE1 Trust, Asset Backed Funding Corporation Asset Backed Certificates Series 2006-HE1, Plaintiff and Adriano A. Tabulina Sr. a/k/a Adriano Tabulina Sr., Surviving Spouse of Susan Tabulina, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on October 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOTS 112 AND 113, SOUTH PUNTA GORDA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 17A THRU 17C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
