NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 30, 2013, in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-000789, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-AM2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AM2 is the Plaintiff, and, JUAN ALBERTO PRATOLONGO A/K/A JUAN PRATOLONGO; ALEJANDRA ROSA BRUSA; PATRICIA HOLMQUIST; COURTYARD VILLAGES AT KINGS LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; KINGS LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC. F/K/A AAMES FUNDING CORPORATION F/K/A AAMES HOME LOANS; DAVID HOLMQUIST, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on August 26, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 103-C, PHASE II, COURTYARD VILLAGE AT KINGS LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1515, PAGE 2346 THROUGH 2431, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1573, PAGE 263, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
