NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2013, entered in Case No. 1300695CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and James J. Gondeck; Erin A. Gondeck and Sheffield Villas Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK âFâ, KENSINGTON PARK PHASE THREE-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 5 AND 6 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
