NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, entered in Case No. 1002571CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RMAC REMIC TRUST, SERIES 2009-8 is the Plaintiff and MICHELE D. LESCARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE D. LESCARD; BOTANICAL PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3204, BOTANICAL PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3933, PAGE 2592, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
