NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30th, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004949 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB2, is the Plaintiff and LEOVIGILDO MAS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT # 1, unknown tenant # 2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 26 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
