ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-51 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-51 is the Plaintiff, and HUMBERTO L JAEN A/K/A HUMBERTO JAE, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF TRACT 1, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at The lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 26th day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
