THE VILLAGES OF EMERALD BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED NOVEMBER 1, 1989, IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 1480, PAGES 1861 THROUGH 1976, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at The lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 26 day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
