ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA10 is the Plaintiff, and AIDA S. BALCAZAR, et al., are the Defendants, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 237, UNIT 7, GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 135 THROUGH 146, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at The lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 26 day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
