NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000763, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FORSECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC 2005-FR4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FR4 is Plaintiff and GINA M. COLONNA A/K/A GEORGINA VENUTA COLONNA; JOHN P. COLONNA A/K/A JOHN PAUL COLONNA; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A.; TARA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; TARA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
