NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012CA008096AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ALS V-CCG, LLC, is the Plaintiff and FAIRWAY GARDENS AT TARA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TARA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TARA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; REGIONS BANK, DOING BUSINESS AS AMSOUTH BANK; KATHLEEN M. LENART; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A RAY BISESI; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A MICHELLE LOUISELLE are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2-202, FAIRWAY GARDENS AT TARA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1519, PAGES 5864 THROUGH 5957, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
