LOT 56, ORANGETREE, UNIT 4, CITRUS GREENS SECTION, PHASE 2-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGES 124 AND 125 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1037 SUMMERFIELD DR, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL on August 26, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
