NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007373, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and ELMER J. RAMTHUN; PATRICIA A. RAMTHIN, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST; THENCE N 89°44'35” W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 OF NE 1/4, 297.08 FEET; THENCE N 40°04'38” W, PERPENDICULAR TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF “RYE BRIDGE ROAD”, 608.37 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION OF SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY; THENCE N 49°55'22” E, ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY, 296.75 FEET; THENCE S 40°04'38” E, PERPENDICULAR TO SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY, 860.33 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 27; THENCE N 89°44'35”W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, 92.21 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
