Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on August 29, 2013, at 11:00 am in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Collier County, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit C-101, Lakeview I at Carlton Lakes, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 2263, Page 1660, and re-recorded in OR Book 2265, Page 42, as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
