Notice is hereby given that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004641 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2010-3 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, CHRISTIAN CAZARES, et al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the third floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11 AM on the 26 day of August, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 98, WATERWAY OF NAPLES UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 35 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
