NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 13, 2013 in Civil Case No. 0905735CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and JOSE L. MUNOZ, JOHN DOE N/K/A ALBERTO DIAZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE L. MUNOZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26 day of August, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 13, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 68, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 3030 EVERGLADES BOULEVARD N, NAPLES, FL 34120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
