NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008127 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES OOMC 2006-HE3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES OOMC 2006-HE3, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM B. VOIGHT, JR. A/K/A WILLIAM VOIGHT JR A/K/A WILLIAM VOIGHT; ANITA E. VOIGHT A/K/A ANITA VOIGHT; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, OF RIVERWALK VILLAGE CYPRESS BANKS, SUBPHASE E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 105-110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
