NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 31, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-000409 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and Melissa L. Washington a/k/a Melissa Washington are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN 330 FEET WEST AND 605 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 55 FEET; THENCE WEST 135 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 55 FEET; THENCE EAST 135 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: BEGIN 330 FEET WEST AND 605 FEET NORTH OF THE SE CORNER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND RUN THENCE WEST 135 FEET; THENCE NORTH 10 FEET TO THE NORTH SIDE OF THE WESTERLY PROLONGATION OF A CHAIN LINK FENCE; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF SAID FENCE, 135.53 FEET TO A POINT LYING 2.50 FEET NORTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 2.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
