RAMIREZ-HALL; WILDEWOOD SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. UNIT NO. 105, STAGE 1-C-2, PINEHURST VILLAGE OF WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 786, AT PAGE 611, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGE 27, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
